The First Broken Bone

Hunter has the distinction of being the first of the Wrights (including Alex and me) to break a bone. How did he do it? Skiing, Sky Diving, Base Jumping? No, he slipped on the hardwood floor and fell 2 feet. In fact his mother didn't believe him and made him sleep on it. Talk about guilt. The next morning his arm was swollen so I took him to the Dr. and sure enough, it was broken. He got to pick the color of his cast--and he got out of swimming lessons for the month of December. He gets his cast off on the 22nd just before Christmas.

Halloween

For Halloween, Hunter was an astronaut (or a "space guy" as he puts it). Here he is at the preschool Harvest Festival with Alex.

Falling Leaves (and preschoolers)

Hunter's friend Jake from preschool invited him over to jump in their massive pile of leaves. It was one of those rare Washington fall days where the leaves were down--and they were dry!!The boys really enjoyed it. They all showed up late to preschool that day with bits of leaves clinging to them.
